How to run it
Act them out rather than reciting them. Walk in and greet the child; leave and say adiós — a greeting produced to a card is a word, and one produced to a person arriving is the skill. The time-of-day greetings are worth attaching to real times, since buenos días and buenas tardes are not interchangeable and a child who learns them as a list will use them at the wrong hour. Eight minutes covers the fourteen.

Fourteen Spanish social phrases: hola, buenos días, buenas tardes, buenas noches, ¿cómo estás?, mucho gusto, adiós, hasta mañana, hasta luego, nos vemos, por favor, gracias, de nada, con permiso. The set covers arrival, departure and basic courtesy, which are the exchanges that repeat every single day.
What to listen for
Watch the timing rather than the accuracy. A greeting produced after a prompt is prompted; one produced as the person arrives is spontaneous, and the difference matters more than which phrase was used. Notice con permiso, which is a courtesy phrase with no direct English equivalent and is often missing entirely from a child's set.
Carrying it home
Greetings happen at every door. Pausing for a couple of seconds on the way in gives a child room to produce one, which is otherwise gone before they have started.
